3. How long does it take to translate a text?
Translation time depends on the length of the text, the complexity of the content, and the number of translators available. As a rule of thumb, we can deliver general translations pretty quickly – in a few hours, even. More complex translations and larger volumes of text might take a little longer.
4. I'd like to send you my document to be translated. How can I do that?
You can send us your text by email. Please also let us have your specific instructions, the language you want it translated into, any deadlines you have in mind and anything else you think might be useful for the translation.

9. Do you use Machine Translation for your translations?
No – but also yes. Our translations are mainly done by native speakers. We offer machine translation at the client’s request and always after two quotes have been submitted for comparison. In addition, machine translation is always followed by a post-editing phase in which a native translator reviews the entire text and improves it in terms of both terminology and style.
10. Can I use AI to translate my text and get a good result?
The use of AI for translation has a ‘longer’ history than most people think. However, despite the fact that this technology is constantly evolving, a translation performed by AI alone may get all the words right, but very often fails to convey the meaning of the original text to the reader, misinterprets the meaning of a word in the context in which it is placed, and therefore there is always a need for proofreading by a professional translator.
